Anika Mitchell 

Anika is a Psychologist who believes you are the expert in your own life and she is there to help guide you along to a better more fulfilling future. ​

With over 10 years' experience working in psychotherapy Anika is passionate about helping her clients navigate life's challenges by developing an understanding of the connection between their experiences and their learned beliefs and behaviours.

​

She has a caring, person-centered approach providing a safe, no-judgmental space where she can apply a holistic framework to help clients identify and utilise their own strengths and values to improve their cognitive, emotional and behavioural wellbeing.

​

Anika uses a range of evidence based therapeutic interventions, tailored to suit the needs of each client. These therapies include, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioual Therapy (TF-CBT, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Anika is currently taking clients 4 years and over and is keen to start working with you!
